Terms and conditions

Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, late arrival may limit your appointment time, if for any reason you are late to your appointment, please telephone call us on 0207 495 2666 or message us on WhatsApp Messenger on +447557669000 to let us know.
For all new clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to fill out consultation form.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to request a 100% non refundable prepayment to secure your booking which maybe be paid on the telephone or in person in the salon.
At least a minimum of 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise a late cancellation change will occur.
Cancellation or change of treatment within the 24 hours of your booking is 100% of the full treatment value.
Cancellations or changes to appointment can be done by calling us, if you are cancelling outside of normal salon operation hours you may cancel or change appointment by emailing us on mayfairwaxing@icloud.com but this should be followed up by a telephone call during salon opening hours.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for six months from the date of purchase and will not be accepted after the date of expiry. Vouchers can no b redeemed for cash.
Late cancellation and failure to show terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers, which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give required notice.
Gift vouchers can only be used towards single treatments.
Gift vouchers can not be used to redeem any products.

Our right to change

If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstance beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In an unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your appointment. In this event that we can not fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone at the earliest where possible.
We reserve the rights to modify or withdraw, temporarily, or permanently from this website time to time.
We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage occurred.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds for any completed services, however if you are in any way dissatisfied with an aspect of your experience please telephone us to speak to the floor manager that day.

Your personal data

By booking in with us, you agree to keep your personal record held in the salon with your full contact details, this will enable us to contact you in the event of any changes relating to your appointment.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential, and will comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.
We will ask you for your consent to receive marketing information form us, if we have your consent this information will only used in the salon.

Payment

We accept all major credit, debit cards, American Express & PayPal payment.

Your health

Clients with any medical conditions or changes to health should let the therapist know as some treatments and products might not be suitable.
If you have any allergies, you should telephone to inform us prior to your treatment.

Retail products storing, refund and exchange policy

With all tanning accelerators purchased in the salon, we are happy to store them in-house free of change for 6 months from date of purchase. Within the six months you can collect your in-house stored product/s at any time, after six months we will dispose any products.
We do not offer any refunds on used, or opened products.

Course redemption

All courses can only be used by the purchaser and are not transferable.
All courses are valid 6 months from date of purchase.
